Because your problem isn't in any catalogue. Two businesses asking for "quote automation" never have the same need. The reference points above give the order of magnitude; the exact price is set after the call, in writing, and it doesn't move.

An adjustment tunes what already exists, with no new feature: a new file format, an extra column in an export, a search filter. Included in Pro care, up to 4 hours a month. An improvement adds a feature to a module already delivered: a new calculation, a new field handled, a new view. Included in the Partner plan, up to 1 day a month. A new module brings a capability that didn't exist: a new tool, a connection to other software, a task that runs on its own. It always gets its own quote, whatever the plan. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
No. Building is a one-off payment. Monthly care can be cancelled any time, and the tool stays yours, with or without care.
I tell you on the call, and it stops there. Some tasks are solved with a setting in a tool you already have, or simply shouldn't be automated. Not everything should be automated.
A deposit to start, the balance when the tool goes live. Monthly care is billed each month, and you stop it whenever you want.
